Default Repairs to a Countryman Mic

I have an e60w5tsl That does not work. I plug it into a box transmitter and nothing transmits. I have emailed Countryman many times and have not gotten a responses about service and repair. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was 1. posible to repair it, 2 worth it to repair. Thank you for any thoughts you might have.

I'll assume you've verified the transmitter transmits with a known good mic. If you have a second E6, try swapping the cables between the two. The E6 has a detachable cable from the earpiece to allow for replacement when the cable breaks. I think a new cable runs around $50-$75 depending on the options. Check their web site, there's a bunch of useful information on the mic there, including how to swap cables.
