Microphones - Tabletop/Floor Windscreen for Shure SM81

OK, stupid question time. A while ago, I saw windscreens for the Shure SM81 that were about as long as the mic and had a flat bottom, allowing you to use the mic on a tabletop or the stage floor. What are these things called, and where can I find them? (I've googled about every reasonable name for the thing I can think of, but to no avail)
