Help needed for Elation F-50 smoke machine
OK, I havn't been able to find any information online or on Elation's website about this thing. My school's theater bought it a when it was built, around 94 i think, so, any documentation we had for it is gone. I'm using it this weekend for a production, but need to find out about replacement smoke fluid. Since I know next to nothing about these machines, does it matter what kind of smoke fluid I buy? All I know right now is that I shouldn't buy haze fluid, that's something compleately different. Help!

You'll probably be ok with anything made by LeMaitre or High End. Just depends on what type of effect you need. As for breaking the machine, I'd say 10+ years of use you got your money's worth.

You will be fine with any water based fluid.
