I don't know if this has been said, but I would love it to notate which threads I posted in.

if you open a thread and you want to bookmark it, look at the dropdown menu called thread tools, there is an option to mark the thread as a favorite.

Don't worry, there will be a latest threads window on the new home page.

I think that may be coming in the next version of vBulletin (3.7) but don't quote me on that yet.

When I pull up any of thew threqad lists - new posts, or via the individual forums, it shows a tick in a box on the right hand side just after the paperclip indicating attachments at the right hand end on the thread name box.

But maybe that indicates that it will send me email when someone replies to it...

No "cc" in Private Messages? There's a "bcc;" so why no "cc"?

Because, it's like certain email programs. You don't see a CC field because it's in the To field. You just separate with a semi-colon: If I wanted to contact you and ship, I'd type this into the To Field:

derekleffew; ship;

BTW: vB 3.7 should be released in the next week. It's taken them far longer than originally thought to get this far, and I've got an insanely long list of To-Do items that are being worked on.

1. New frontpage interface. I have grown to hate joomla. Not a little, but a lot. So, we will be using something that is truly a part of vBulletin instead of trying to shoehorn a fix in place only to have it break everytime Joomla or vB updates some bug fix.
2. Groups are going to be completely gutted and redone in a new fashion.
3. We will finally be getting photo galleries.
4. Blogs for each user
5. Private Message Spam Filtering (sorry Vin )
6. and more new stuff I just can't reveal yet!

BTW, I've been terribly busy at work and haven't had much time to post on CB, but I do try to check in every day. I just launched a new site for work, check it out: Photo Gizmos

The ability to check the threads I've visited recently would be nice.

A couple of days ago I was trying to find a thread I'd visited a few days before, but for the life of me, I could not remember what it was called or what it was about. When I first stumbled across the thread I thought it looked interesting, but I was short on time, so I decided to come back to it later. Later never came because I could not remember much about the thread.

If I had been able to look up the threads I had visited in, say, the last week, I probably would have found the one I was looking for. Or does this function already exist and I just haven't found it?

Unfortunately I can't do surfing history on the forums. However, forum bookmarks we can do. We had them once before, let me see if the code has been updated for the latest version of vBulletin.

Hey we just had a great idea. What about a Facilities Forum. A place to post pictures of your theater, discuss design, layouts, maintenance, repair, safety concerns, remodel ideas, new building designs... All that good stuff.
