I'd dig it if the chat went down (most recent message at the bottom), I'd also love it if the text entry field were not as long, and rather was at the bottom of the chat (the width of the chat, the length of a line or two).

I sent in the suggestion for to the developer to make it a user option for direction of messages (up or down), and I'm going to switch it to new messages at the bottom.

We'll see about the other requests.

Does anyone else get a "screen twitch" every 2-9 (avg.7) seconds when in full window mode, or just me?

Edit: Nevermind, seems to have ceased.

Edit2: Still an (I suspect) related issue. I can't read posts at the top, even when holding the cursor, the screen keeps taking me to the bottom. AND, it's annoying to have two scroll bars, one for window and one for chat text. Are we a bunch of whiners, or what?

Alright, until we get this screen twitch issue resolved, I'm flipping the display back to new messages at the top.

Charc your just going yo have to deal with that. What's happening is that is the software refreshing to see if there are new messages to display. This is also why sometimes there is a noticeable delay in sending a message and it being displayed. If this chat was written in a full blown development language like AIM, Pidgin, etc... are there are better ways to do the update but this is the internet and the smaller the language is the better there just aren't the necessary capabilities with online languages, unless you do a little fancy work and that will make the page load very slow. Like avsaid just hold your cursor down
