Mobile CB Interface

I figured this should go under "Off-Topic"...

I must say, I am quite impressed with the CB mobile interface. I tried it on both an iPhone 3G and a Blackberry 7100, and they were both really cool.

The 7100 was decent, but I didn't like that I couldn't see the last post in the discussions overview page (ControlBooth - Technical Theater Forums).

The iPhone was by far one of the best mobile forum pages I have used, only problem was that I couldn't find a way to post a new topic! I could only reply to ones already made. It was honestly exactly like the regular CB, just sized to fit the screen perfectly. A+

Moving the thread to "Suggestions," with the advice that those who just can't live without Control Booth check out one of the many mobile web devices. I'm so glad I don't suffer from said affliction--I can barely use the address book feature of my phone, let alone the web browser.

And a "job well done" to Dave and Mike and the other site mechanics who made it all possible. Most of us are quick to complain when something doesn't work as expected, but rarely take the time to thank those responsible for new features or even regular preventative maintenance.

haha, I can live without it -- I brought the topic up because I was slightly surprised when the page even loaded on a phone. I was comparing the two for my dad, who had never seen the internet on a phone, and wanted to know how functional a phone was on a web forum.

Just for fun (not!) typing this on roommate's Verizon Voyager (iPhone killer). It works, but is not something I could do all the time.
