I am in MD which is definitely Mid Atlantic but not in the three states. I am 7 miles south of DE. If no then I will unjoin the group.
I believe that we can make an exception for you dew to yer excellent standing among the forums; at least for now. Once we have gotten our GPA up some we might need to ostracize ya. *wink wink*Thanks for joining, guys.
Just let me know when I have to throw myself out.
When we count among us 3 knights of the Round Table, an African swallow, 4 Harvard trained lawyers and someone who works at Kliegel.
Sounds good! I like the Holy Grail references. I tried to look at your profile to see what you do and where but I got the dreaded fatal error message. I currently work in the arena concert, national theatre touring and corperate event areas. I supply local crews and crews to facilitate said events.
Oh, I live in the Philadelphia area, and work in the city as the Production Manager and Technical Director of the Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre. Nice respite from freelancing, although I won't get to design as much this season as I'd like.
I haven't designed anything in quite a while. I miss doing that, most of which was just community theatre. I did own part of a dinner theatre for about seven years.
I double-dip when it comes the three states of the tri-state area. I work for a rental & production company in NJ as a moving light tech & programmer but I also work weekends doing lights at World Cafe Live in Philly. I have also worked down at the new World Cafe Live in Wilmington a few times, so I guess I've worked in all 3 of the states in question! I know that there's plenty more of us - now if they'd just notice the group!
Maybe we need to tag our signature line to make guys aware this group is here. I stumbled acrossed it by accident looking at another group I belong to.
Agreed, except I still can't post links to mine. And I have worked at World Cafe Live exactly once when I helped Live Arts load in during the 2010 festival. They borrowed my genie for load out. At 2 am.
