Ummm, wow best of luck with those. I have $500 a box units for cat5 interfacing and I have issues with them at times. You are likely to have major skew issues unless you run skew free cable, even then I would be surprised if they work for that kind of distance.

Multiplay has a function to playback video files, I have never ran it in a show, but have played with it a bit, it will support addressing a second screen with the first staying as a control surface.
Multiplay has the capability to handle video, I do not know if it can handle .mov format as I do not have one handy to test it with. I usually only use it for audio, but the video function seems to allow you to "take over" a specific monitor.

I taught a 11 year old to use the basic functions of Multiplay in about 10 minutes. If you can figure out Itunes, you can work out Multiplay. And you don't have the issue of automatically running into the next cue.
