Elation 108 RGBW Par Internal Programming Issues

Unless you absolutely have no other choice, I'd try to find even a basic DMX controller and use that to control these lights. Even setting 1 of these lights to do a 4 step chase is hard. I can't remember the exact menu titles off head, but it requires you to set the color of each pixel from...

    WTB - Martin MAC401 DUAL Part...Longshot

When you call, tell them you need part # 62410019, that is the part number for the Bottom Base Cover on a Mac 401 Dual. Also, MSRP is about $60 for that part just so you're aware what it's gonna be close to costing you. If they can't help you Barbizon is one of your local Chicago dealers who can...

    MAC 250 Help

I've got one on the bench right now with that exact problem, if I were you I'd try actually replacing the light sensor. Just because you shine a light at it, doesn't mean you can rule it out, if it has a bad solder connection on the small pcb, or if it has completely failed internally, you...

    Sumner Eventer 25 issues

I'm not sure if you've tried it yet, but I've found if you actually lock the back wheels(they have the pull pin on them to lock/unlock them) into a "straight" front to back position, turning them from smart wheels into dumb wheels, you get more control of the lift, and less of it just going...

    Martin Atomic 3000

I'd like to chime in, while there is only 1 fixture, with an auto-sensing power supply, you are supposed to switch between the Max-7(120v) and Max-15(208v) lamps depending on what voltage you are planning on using. That being said, you can use a Max-15 lamp at either 208v or 120v, the only...

Automated Fixtures Clay Paky Alpha Spot 575 HPE vs. Martin Mac 550

Just wanted to chime in and say the Mac 550's DO have zoom(of 14° - 30°), but do not have color mixing.

    Power for rig3

Just checking, but every time I do the math using "my method" I get the same watts as you, but you lose me here: "191880 /120 /3 = 553a"When I do that math I get 533 amps per leg everytime, leaving just a difference of .2amps per leg, or .6 amps on the total service from your 1599.7 amps...

    Power for rig3

I've been shown that way, but I've also been shown that you can convert everything to watts and then divide by your line to neutral volts and divide by the 3 legs. I.e. Add all of your line to line current and multiply by 208v, then add all of your line to neutral current and multiply by 120v...

Ion sends stray DMX signal at power down

I'm having the same problem with my Element and I was actually considering calling ETC in the next week or two as it's starting to annoy me when 8 out of 10 times I shut down I get a random light jumping to full that then fades out with anything else I'd left on after the dimmer rack's memory...

    Flash pot, no controller?

To answer 2 for ya, it'd be very easy if someone in the past decided to make a DIY flash pot. That's what we've got, someone about 9 years ago decided to make his own that has no dead man's switch and, obviously, didn't require any type of license for us to purchase. But that's why since I've...

    Control/Dimming ETC Ion iPhone iRFR

To unpark a channel you need to essentailly 'repark' it. So give the command to park that channel again, it may ask you to confirm, but it should unpark it. That's how it works on the console's software, so I'd imagine the iRFR follows the same rules.
