Audio/video delay into Blackmagic Intensity?

I'm looking to run a mixed audio feed and a video feed into a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle. The audio run will be approximately 50 feet while the video feed from the camera will be around 6 feet into the Shuttle. I'm linking the Shuttle via Thunderbolt into a Mac for streaming. At those length of runs, any thoughts on whether the delay would cause issues with synchronization of the audio and video?

The signals are traveling through the cable at near the speed of light. No need to compensate for that. However, there probably is latency between video and audio in the stream encoding process. That should be compensated for in the encoding software, but I have heard of rare instances where it isn't. If you have a digital console, it would be easy to add delay to the buss feeding the video.

Nope, we're going to be using Rane automixers (AM1 and AM2) as this will be for a board meeting system. I think we've averted the original question as we'll be feeding audio into the camera and then outputting both audio/video into the Shuttle via HDMI, so both signals should be fine to that point.
