Clearcom is somewhat of a standard for other systems. The short answer is yes, if your system accepts a 4pin XLR in probably follows the clearcom standard.

I think that the output isnt loud enough. I found two old telex beltpacks and daisy chained them together and powered them with a 24v power supply. The headset I made was a little on the low side...
