CEM Classic firmware update?

Hey Gang..

Is it possible to upgrade the firmware on a CEM Classic without shipping it to a dealer? I just realized that this set of racks that I'm trying to configure for one of our local community theatre organizations is on 2.14, and the features that I need are in 3.x..

I thought I remembered seeing a firmware update utility, but I can't seem to find it now..

There is no firmware update utility for Sensor Classic 2.14 that I'm aware of. This has always been a factory upgrade. I seem to recall that a hardware component is now unavailable and that updates to Sensor Classic CEM are not possible. A call to ETC Tech Service could confirm that.

These could only be done at the factory as they were chip changes. Sorry to say that upgrades from 2.x to 3.x are no longer available due to an obsolete ST90 chip. Wish I had better news.

What are you trying to do? I might be able to help with a different solution.
