Clear Com Surveillance Earpiece

Hello,

Are there any good solutions for interfacing surveillance ear piece with talk back with a clear com system? I have had a few people on my team as if this would be possible. It would also be a cheaper alternative to full headsets and more discrete.

The clear com packs I've seen have a headphone jack on them

But does that support talk back? I would need a solution that supported talk back

A uhf/vhf radio interface unit would allow users to use common radio headpieces and radios with a clearcom system. Only downside is that radios are simplex, and clearcom is duplex.
