Clearcom Unlatch All button

I know on most modern base stations there is an "unlatch all" button. Anyone know if you can build a box to do this? We have a mixture of 501,601, and 701 boxes. Our base station is a 1970's era power supply, no smarts in that thing. Is it as simple as building a blazon circuit or is it more difficult?

The remote mic kill is a momentary power cutoff to all the beltpacks. Looking at the schematic on page 29 you can see the RMK circuit going from the microprocessor to the power outputs of each individual channel. Power runs on pin two, so breaking that should kill the beltpacks and clear out any open mics. Where it should short to without making the system pop or fault is a little out of my wheelhouse.
