Coloram 2 Issue

Hey everyone.
Looking for some help with a Coloram 2 issue. I have a rig of 12 scrollers, one of which is currently stuck in it's last frame. I have cycled power to the scroller, cleaned it per Wybron instructions and swapped the fuse.
It is running first in a line of 3, and the other two work just fine.
When it initializes, it scrolls straight to the end of the scroller and stops in the trailer clear frame at the end.
Anyone else ever experience this??

Are these homemade scrolls per chance? You've already tried many of the first things I'd check, but have you checked to ensure that the sensor stops on each end of the string are intact and properly placed? The manual should cover it, but there should be an opaque tag at either end of the scroll that runs through the sensor to tell it when it's reached the end. If the sensor doesn't find this stop, it might just sit at the end like you described.

The scrolls are not homemade and have the stops at each end....

Shame. Are you getting any error messages at the PSU? Is it reporting having found all of the scrollers, including the one on the fritz?

Have you tried re-tensioning the scroller?
