Does anyone have a good, reasonably priced source for platform brakes?

As most high schools, we are really strapped for funds. Does anyone have a good, reasonably priced source for platform brakes? The kind that are piston based and push a rubber foot downward pushing the platform up slightly from the floor as an anchor. Thanks!

I find that the rubber feet brake off to quickly, so I just buy these.
