Lighting a green screen

Hey everyone I'm trying something new to me which involves video, I need to light a green screen from about a foot away. The green screen coverage I need is about 4'x6' so not huge just need even coverage. No dimming needed and I'd like to find a low power/heat solution

Our TV center uses Desisti DeLux Cyc fluorescent cycles units, but I'd be contacting either the local shop, or a film gear rental shop for Kino-Flo or equiv. fluorescent based units, which is how I typically see green screens lit.

just make sure they are not shadows on the green, it will make the composite shot much cleaner making it easier for the computer to discern what is part of the screen and what it not

A large part of this depends on which keying hardware or software you're going to use to insert a background into your green screen. What would that be?
