Looking for MDF Lattice

Hey all. For my next show, my designer has handed me a complicated pattern that he wants turned into a lattice for some of the scenery. I'm pricing out how much it would cost to mill this lattice on a C&C or laser cutter and I'm not sure we can afford it.

I would love to be able to come to my designer with a catalog of MDF lattice that someone is already producing. Does anyone know of a manufacturer who is producing crazy patters in MDF lattice? It would be great to just buy the sheets in a stock pattern rather than take the time and money to mill it all.

Try a Google image search for MDF ornamental lattice, radiator lattice, and the like. Once you find a pattern you like, start looking for the distributor or retailers that carry the brand.

Of course you could always painstakingly make one, then use a patterning bit in a router to duplicate.

Well, it isn't much cheaper then getting it milled locally but I did find a company that has a selection of interesting lattice.
