Lightwright and Vectorworks have a data exchange feature that uses an XML file to transfer information such as Circuit Name, Number, Channel, Dimmer, etc. between the two programs. I'm not aware of anything to do this with AutoCAD. As for rendering, there is Vectorworks with the Renderworks engine installed, and also the program called LD Assistant. It seams that Claude Heintz's LXBeams program has some capability to integrate with the SketchUp! 3D modeling program to do some rendering.

I've only used Vectorworks in this application.
