Shakespeare help

No, not the playwright... the ellipsoidal.

Upon opening up a lens tube on a 20deg I repositioned the lenses to the slots for a 40deg unit. Sadly, when I fired the unit up I got a lovely projection of the reflector. Is this something I can fix with a bit of bench focus or am I simply spitting in the wind trying to change units over like this?

I am fairly new to my facility and have never had the pleasure of working with Shakespeare's before. My house is stocked with far too many 20's and not enough 30's/40's/50's.

One can't just move the lens(es) around to change degrees; must actually change the lens(es).

My apologies for posting this here, but I do not yet have enough posts to post in Classifieds. Hopefully this one misplaced post will be less annoying than 14 (EOM)...

I have an excessive amount of 20deg Shakespeare's... 37 to be precise. The chances of me needing more than 25 at any given moment are slim to none.

If there is anyone out there with 30/40/50 deg lenses they would like to swap for some 20's let me know.
