Small Screens on Broadway

I have been noticing on Broadway shows particularly Phantom, that there is a small screen with five or so faders beneath it that sits right next to the console. Does anyone know what this is?

From the Lighting Operator Sub who I know. He indicated it was a "remote" control unit for the "reverb" a lexicon box he thought. Putting the reverb controls which are outboard analogue gear in easy reach for the sound operator.

On Phantom it is indeed a Lexicon reverb - either a 480L or a 960L. The remote is called a "LARC". On newer Broadway shows, you will often see the same thing but chances are it is the physical remote surface for a T.C. Electronic System 6000.

This is the Lexicon LARC that themuzicman referred to.
