I'm starting to evaluate other box offices solutions than our ancient software we are currently using (Tickit! 2K by NCS Software). Being a big fan of QLab, I started looking at Figure53's box office solution, Tixato. Anyone using it?

Yes, I set it up for a local theatre company, and I love it. A few favorite features: if your show is free, so is the software. There are no fees other than the percentage of ticket sales. Custom seating charts per show. The iPhone app for scanning tickets looks very cool, though I've actually never used it. The embeddable widget is great for using on your website.
