Yamaha M7CL48 3.5 Firmware DAW options?

I'm getting ready to install the latest software update to my M7 and as I go through the 3.5 software release manual, I see that 3.5 lets you record directly to a DAW package. BUT it looks like that functionality is on the M7-ES series. I added EtherSound functionality via MY16-ES64 cards on my M7. Does anyone know if the AuviTran ASIO Streamer will work on the non-ES versions of the M7?

This would be a GREAT way to multi-track record my shows, as the ASIO Stream will clone the output of the 16 Omni Outs.

Thoughts?

This is Console 3.56 software. I'm currently running 3.55.

Yamaha Tech Support says it is limited to the ES line only. I still haven't done the upgrade which I need to do anyway, but this bums me out that it is in the ES line only.

The documentation is pretty sketchy. Auvitran says you need the AVY16-ES100 card, Yamaha says you can do it with the Yamaha ES cards, but you need an AVM500/3ES device, or an AV3rd-ES100 device.
If it's not too late, get out of Ethersound and get some Dante gear.
