ncorporated, a Hillsboro, Oregon manufacturer of stage
lighting controls from the 1960s until 2010, when purchased by Cooper Controls
. The Oregon factory closed in 2011.
EDI manufactured the first memory lighting control system on Broadway, the LS-8, designed by Gordon Pearlman and used on A Chorus Line
in 1975. That show also used Scrimmer dimmers from EDI.
