1. Device used to ensure stress on a cable is transfered to the cable jacket, and not the internal conductors, where a cable or wire enters a housing. Some examples: Kellems grip, Heyco fittings.

2. A SPAS (shackle) and polyester roundsling (SpanSet) used to choke cable coming off the end of a truss before it goes to a cable pick.
