Well, both of the halogen Littlites on the lightboard burned out, and I'm having a less than successful hunt in finding replacements. Production Advantage only has the incandescent kind. Wheres everyones favorite source for these little buggers? Is there a lamp code other than Littlites stock # that I could use to get a pack instead of the standard internet price of $10 for two lamps?

And no, I don't want LED replacements.

Minor technicality. Halogen lamps are incandescent lamps. Other than that, I have no idea, I don't remember from the last time I bought littlelight lamps.

There are other types between halogen and incandescent lamps for Little Light lamps that could work, but these amongst others in brand from others from Eiko to GE based on the Little Light brand Q-5 lamp as sold by them are the main types.

Main question being a little longer lamp life verses higher output.

....I always went to the autoparts store and picked up whatever fits.... but thats just me. I always thought the stock lamp was a bit to bright anyway.

That's why they have a dimmer knob Footer!

yep. The Littelite lamps are designed to allow you to turn it up to 11. If you use a standard lamp thats not as bright, you lose this ability -it will only go up to 10.

HAHA..... I dident know that LED was available? I think I'll be changing my Littlelite lamps

I don't think they make an LED lamp that you can just put in the old goosenecks, I think you need all new units.

The LED Littlites don't dim, but they have two modes: white and red.
