Hey all,
For the show I am currently designing at my former high school we are using a Strand Classic Palette 2. For some reason, there are some channels that do not want to respond to any command. It may or may not have been our light board operator accidentally hitting something, but I cannot seem to reverse the effect. When we type a command (e.g. 299 @ FL) like we would for most channels, it just captures the channel at 0. Any ideas how to fix the problem?
