What's the deal with the Cincinnati Airport. Huge, Beautiful.... empty... and all the stores are closed.
Landed at 10pm Wednesday and not a single store was open and I think my flight was the only one landing. Now it's a little after 6am Sunday and there are only 4 of the many businesses open... and I swear there are only about 100 people in the whole airport.
Also did you see the ads on the digital signs at the airport to visit the Clancy/Wenger booth? That was kinda cool.

It used to be a big hub for Comair, one of Delta's regional airlines. They also used it as a secondary Hub for Delta. Back in the early/mid 2000's that place was packed. When Delta bought Northwest, they consolidated regional airlines (buying Comair outright) they closed operations at CVG and moved them to Atlanta and Detroit. They had a total commuter terminal there that is now closed altogether.
It used to be we had hourly flights there, now, not so much. You're right, it was sad.

Any mention given as to the difference in application between a fall arrest harness and this guy in his rope access harness? I'd be willing to bet they went this way just so the guy could be comfortably suspended multiple times.
