Lit tap shoes!

Hello there!

I'm a long term stalker of this awesome forum, but this is my first real post! I'm looking for some pointers...

We're currently producing a tap show and during a run last night had a hair brain idea of lit tap shoes. Was thinking about using led tape on the cast's taps - but a bit stumped as to how to control the power of these.

So the ideal situation, would be able to wirelessly control the power to the lights, or alternatively a way for the cast to light their shoes using a single switch/button.

Happy to explain in greater detail if I've confused everyone!

Could you just add taps to something like Hoverkicks. They do have some with remote control.

We've done lit tap shoes for many shows and productions, including the Rockettes. Have a look at www.rc4wireless.com. Check out the 900Mhz gear for incredible range and no interference with WiFi and BLuetooth.
