End of this video shows a little better view of what happened.

Looks like the arched roof sheared off of the vertical trusses on stage right, and that the verticals remained standing after the collapse.

For the life of me I can never understand why promoters push events forward with those kinds of forecasts.

Canceling due to weather conditions is disappointing and messy, for sure, but safety should be paramount. We've had a festival here in Austin canceled by the cities demand due to excessive mud (problematic for trucks entering and leaving) and approaching storms. The first day or two of the festival, no rain occurred. The fest booked last minute flood-relief shows at various venues in town with the artists that were already here to play, but for the most part, the whole thing was a sh*t show, and there's a lawsuit still pending because of unpaid labor. Fests have insurance for these very situations, but even if they're canceling with the safety of the attendees in mind, the promoters are still blamed. Can't win.
