Main Rag gap

Did this slowly happen or always happen?

You have to reset the master carrier on the off hand side. There is a master carrier on the leading edge of each half of the curtain. On one side the single rope loos through and is tied to the carrier. on the other side the rope goes through the carrier and there is/are one or two set screws <typically>.
Close the curtain.
Set up a ladder, or genie center stage.
make sure the captured master carrier is as far in as it can travel.
loosen the set screw on the off hand side.
slide the master carrier to the end of the track <typically a 1 or two foot overlap>
Re-tighten the set screws.

That should do it.

Close the curtain until it won't close anymore. Go up there and one of the rollers will have hit something that made it stop, often an eye bolt with the rope going through it and the other roller will still have some distance to go until it hits its stop. One roller will have the ends of the sash cord tied to it -- Don't mess with that one. The other roller will have some kind of set screw thing clamping it to the rope. Loosen the clamp and slide both rollers until they hit their stops. Your curtain should overlap a bit when it is closed.

Oh I see @Van beat me to it.

It helps to tie a knot just beyond the set screw (or clamp type thing, whatever your carrier has). Keeps the line from yanking free on opening night in front of the big donors and making your curtain not work because you didn't tighten the screw enough. (I may have had this happen to me after adjusting a master carrier on opening night...)

I've seen the offstage side of the drape tied off in a wonky position before. Obviously if it's too far off stage, the leading edge won't reach all the way onstage.
