Yes and No! Like Always.
The additional "sends of Program feed" could probably be all the same, but they shouldn't usually be straight from the L+R bus. It's not wrong or bad, but If you end up adjusting for lots of people in the
house or far fewer with your main the signal going to all those locations will also change.
Standard practice would be to "mirror" your L out
send send it to a matrix Pre-Fader. this way you can get a separate
level control for video/backstage
etc. with out worrying that anything you change for
FOH will affect it. You can also toss a
Compressor on that Matrix now, as generally green room,
lobby, and video people don't like as much
dynamic range in there feeds that we like in a live
FOH environment.
For really fine tuning a mix you can use a mix bus if you have time, I Usually
send the video guy just a compressed Matrix feed that is my L+R. Sometimes the Videographer really wants me not to include
orchestra or SFX in my
send, in which case I'll use a Post
Fader Mix Bus and
send vocals at unity, with out any
orchestra SFX,
etc.
