Jands profile help

My church replaced the house lighting in our gym-atorium with 20 fixtures that have LED RED, GRN, BLU, AMB, WARM, COOL. We are using a Jands vista S1 control surface. The fixtures do not use intensity master, if red 0 to full then it is on.
I do not have a profile that matches especially with the warm and cool which are separate LEDs.

IF ANYONE HAS A PROFILE PLEASE SHARE IT.

They just finished the install and Yes this is Good Friday and Easter week end. It is a new web based system that I am not even sure of yet, It may be rNET distribution. I am outputting under DMX universe 2 then goes through some converter and into that system.

Frankly, It is not working, and has lots of control issues between web and DMX. They told us LTP would give board control however it seem like HTP.

Im sorry I do not have more information on the system because those who ordered it and the guy who has to deal with it (me) are not the same. Again I think it is new to the market.

Making a profile is pretty easy. After watching this I think you could get it. But without a DMX chart on the fixture you won’t know which channel goes to what.

Pull one down and plug it into a mini console if you have one. And set dmx to 1 and see what each channel does and that’s your dmx chart

If you can’t get it when I get home I’ll give it a whirl and see if I can’t build ya one on my computer.

There is from what it looks like in the Generic profiles a LED RGBCwWw that might work but you will lose your Amber possibly.

You could also try RGBCwMwWw and see if the CW will run the Amber channel.

I pulled this straight from the updated 3/19 library list on Chroma website btw.

I have edited a genaric and will test it. Also will try those.
I did find out the dimmer system is from Revelution.
Thanks

Dimming system won’t matter for these LEDs but if you could get a fixture name you would be a million times better

so did any of them work?
THANK YOU FOR ASKING!
First, I made it thru 2 good friday services at 5p and 7p. Yesterday we had Patched the 20 House fixtures using 1 channel each of the warm white. Ignored the RGBAwC. Did a set and forget at a dim 30 pct. Held my breath and prayed to God (after all it Is Good Friday) to help us get through the night. We did!.

Afterwards spent several hours tying things.
I was able to make the RGBAWwCw. Although it showed each channel. Took control of red moved it up and down. seemed ok. Then tried color picker It did not work well. The fixtures were taking different values and would not fully black out.

Then put the the warm as a dimmer on a channel. Still not working simple. We have to use a phone app to turn them off.

I will try a few more option then I have to set for 3 Easter services.

I'll let you all know where this goes.

Weird that the color picker won’t work. Double weird you can control them with your phone and have DMX in them at the same time.

What’s the App. These fixtures don’t sound Chinese if they come with an app.

The system is from Revolution lighting using their rNET power distribution Gatway. The Phone APP connects to a web based control software.

I found out some additional information for these High Bay "ufo" lights on the attached.

My current thinking is that is that the web base is taking over when dmx from the console drops to 0

When I group the 20 fixtures on the Jands they don't like to be controlled.

I will head in at 1pm CDT to see what I can do, and update all my cues.

You need to check your invoice or the fixture itself and see if you got every single optional chip installed.

I have a feeling if you got red to work and no other color you got yourself a Warm Cool Red Fixture.

Which would suck donkey balls. But hey for Christmas and when they are doing Revelations scripture week you could make use of the Reds. Lol.

For your case I hope it’s not true.

Thank you all for your help building a profile. These lights are not responding to the DMX properly as it is getting converted by the module unlike normal LED fixtures.

I repatched only the Warm channel on all 20 fixtures and did nothing with the other colors. Set the intensity to 30 percent and successfully finished Saturday nights Easter service. Sunday 2 more services should go ok. If I put them above 30% they are blinding bright and that's without the RGBAcW.

The battle will now get turned back to the contractor vendor to solve.
