Bad Weekend for Bassnectar

Spat of issues this last weekend in Denver, not related to the band itself but the venues.

Couple concerts at 1st Bank Center were cancelled because of an undisclosed but supposedly minor issue with the fire suppression system after Bassnectar's first night in town. They improvised a stage over at the Denver Coliseum to do a make-up show, but apparently some loose hardware up on the structural steel was rattled around and fell onto the audience.

"...one anonymous Bassnectar fan said that nuts and bolts fell on their shoulder from the ceiling of the coliseum. "My shoulder is actually way worse today," they said two days after the event wrapped up."

Looks like strut hardware

Looks like venue hardware not rig hardware.

Looks like, mayyyyybe, in the rush to get this unexpected show set up, somebody didn't really check things. But beyond that, hard to tell.

This is what happens when you have a truck load of Meyer 1100LFCs all working in unison.....reminds me of opening weekend of Rum Jungle at Mandalay Bay (many, many years ago) -- the low end knocked about $2500 worth of liquor off of the bottle shelves.
