Hello @Gelux Welcome to the Control Booth Forum. Our members run the gamut from total newbs to folks long retired from Cirque, Disney, plus a variety of national and international corporations. Members also include, consultants, national and international distributors, equipment manufacturers and production companies. In the case of manufacturers, several have technical assistance staff keeping an eye on the Control Booth forum, thus posting here CAN be a great way to reach support staff even in the middle of a three day holiday weekend. No guarantees, all I can attest to is this has actually occurred at least a dozen times during my time following the site. Posters post from all corners of the globe including New Zealand, Australia, The Orient, Europe, The U.K., South, Central and North America. Post any / all queries at any hour and don't be surprised to receive a reply from someone in a totally different time zone.
