Chroma Q Customer Service Sucks- Help!

I need to send in my Colorforce 72 for repairs, but my original distributor, Secoa, was bought out. However Chroma Q still wants me to contact them...because that makes sense. Does anyone know who the Midwest dealer is for Chroma Q stuff?

Thanks, but blargh. Shipping to a different country is such a pain for school tax exemption. This might just be a push for me to get ETC cyc units instead.

I came to say this - I had to ship one in for repair through my vendor, 4wall DC, and it didn't have to go to Canada.
