Okay, ETC employees/reps/dealers:
Please announce yourselves, and state your area of responsibility, so we have all of you in one convenient place, and know whom to thank/address complaints. I believe we have everyone except Fred Foster himself on here now, and I suspect he's a lurker!

Does it really matter if we directly know who they are as long as they are not trying to sell their wARES (happy)? Plenty of people stay anonymous here about where they work, you and me both, let'em be.

I'm not attempting to "out" anyone who wishes to remain anonymous; just that I think it would be better to address a question about Eos directly to sclausen (or is it AnneV?) than to STEVETERRY, for example. (Not that he couldn't or wouldn't answer it, of course.) And it's "wares". <grumble, Strand-lover>

however, all that being said, I would venture to guess that those people don't check this board as regularly as they do the ETC forums. Not that I am trying to drive people away from here, but if you really want an in depth response to a question regarding anything ETC, i would ask it over there.

A lot more employees monitor those then they do this, i would imagine.

While I'm sure that ETC employees on CB will gladly direct issues that come up to the right people--it's not the most direct route. The forums at www.etcconnect.com/community have developers, product managers, and technical services people right there to deal with issues and answer questions. Please feel free to make use of this resource.
