I'm a newbie here!

Good afternoon, I'm in Toronto, Ontario. I just discovered this site and because I'm between jobs at the moment, resting, I can afford some time to check it out and see what use I can be.

I'm an experienced production manager. I've also done some stage management and various tech jobs although I'm always careful to point out to people that I'm not a 'tech', I prefer the logistics end, or front, of things. So when people are looking for a TD, I'm not interested but I do like management and administration of large projects.

Don't be so quick to dismiss your talents/experience. I know many corporate show TDs who never touch a light, or scenery, or anything other than their laptops and labor budgets/schedules. And welcome. We are currently lacking in the "front end" area on the Booth, so contribute where you can.
