Andrea Capere was the Set Designer for Hot Grits and was the Art Director on the films The Hot Dog Cycle and The Shunned House, the trailer of which premiered at the HP Lovecraft Festival in Portland, Oregon. Her experience in film began while writing for an Internet comedy series for Dead Gentlemen Productions called DG Presents. She is now director of Leap Second Pictures, a Seattle based production company, which released The Madcap Adventures of Professor Cogsworth: In the Year 1950! in March 2008, where it screened at Norwescon, the premier Science Fiction convention in the Northwest, at the Fandance Film Festival. Andrea currently resides in Seattle, WA where she works as a Production Facilitator at SCAN Community Media.
