considering most designers use between 6-8ft acting areas you can get some idea of scale.
and as far as how many areas. why would use 15-20 areas in a space that only requires 9?
I forgot about the Elation UV wash...that does a really nice job. I used 3 Elation 250 Hybrids with 5 Mac 500's and a 9 scrollers when I lit Ragtime. The UV wash worked great in Sarah Brown Eyes.
I have used wildfire paints and instruments a decent amount. The only problem with UV they generally have a warm up time so you would have to figure that out during your queing session. Also, they aren't the cheapest fixtures to rent.
