Thanks Nick. The company use 70mm x 35mm timber for their frames so as long as I put noggins every 600mm I believe this should be ok.Re iron pipe, do you mean welding them to the ‘flange’? By flange do you mean a hinge? A pic would be helpful if possible as I’m not clear what you mean. Thanks.
