Hi, I am trying to use my Enttec USB Pro to take dmx signal in from a console that can't output artnet, and using to Enttec convert it to artnet signal and send it through the network, to resolume and other pieces of software. How would I go about doing this?

I have a etc element and 3 high end system trackspots. I cannot get the trackspots to respond to any dmx signal either from their profile on the board or a separate dmx channels. I have tried a direct link from the out of the board to the light. i know the cable works as i use it to run 2 studio...
hii have an etc element. i had it all setup up to work with the irfr app and it worked for about a day. the wireless router got unplugged while the board was on and i cannot get the app to work again. i can connect to the board but when i go to the rfr part of the app i have no actual control...
one other question if i bought a new logitech usb trackball mouse and used a usb to ps2 converter cable would it work with the board or do i need to find a ps2 trackball
ok so that fixed the problem. the setting was set to com 1 it should have been set to ps2. one question is there a way to increase the sensitivity of the mouse, it is really low and i have to move it huge amounts to go up 15 percent
the pc was a hp compaq desktop computer that dual triple booted windows xp, 7 and linux. the mouse is a generic compaq anolog(non usb) mouse. the keyboard came from the same computer and it works just fine
