On the other coast, we have a lot of the 3M Rebels or the smaller Turbolites. Many times just standing back up after leaning over to grab a tool in a lift stops you. It doesn’t take much for the quick action stop to kick in if you were starting to trip.

@DELO72 My spots that live outside never even get close to their rated life for this very reason. Once the corrosion starts getting too bad, we swap the lamps. I completely ignore the hours because we never get close.

I’ll step up to the lectern and identify myself as a user who had this happen to me. Just as you described it, complete sections of the console becoming unresponsive and screens freezing on a MA3 Full Size. It got so bad that we swapped it out with our 2. Haven't seen it happen in awhile though...

There is the Seetronic Powerkon that both Chauvet and Elation use. We needed to replace a bunch of connectors from general wear and tear from being outdoors and they were extremely hard to source in the quantities that we needed, even the fixture manufacturers couldn’t get us them.

Have you tried with other fixtures too? The Elation WW and CW IP fixtures were also too hot for them.
