I know thats how we set the system up in the first place Bob our "pro" sound eng. (whom we paid) used smaart and his RTA mics to set it up with how we had our speakers placed in our Cafatourm for our show

its just the room sounds "muddy" we have had our room EQ'ed by a pro and had our Drive rack set up rightthe reson we are replacing our cones in the fill speakers is because we blew them up. well we blew the cones AND the fuses in the speakers.

as many others here have said I too am leaving this year and I also dont know know who will replace me for Tech for my Last show i have decied to be the TD for the show Our tech god(Mr. F) has let me take over and i fear that who ever runs the board will not live up to the way i want things ran...

well if your bringing the instrument right into the board then yes you do need a DI box

i also live in Canada and I HATE people who use file sharing programs, like I said before We as a Tech club Have SFX and We paid close to $600 US. for it and let me say Best 600 ever spent

That is the same program i use in My highschool and Love it and i also use Audacity i think it is one of the best Programs out there that is free to use when you need to sdie sound

No i do not think techs should go out on stage for a Curtain call even though i sometimes really wanted to for my last show because i ran the light board, dessigned the lights and sound but i never did because it is not tradition also for the most part the the crew gets there head shots done on...
