I also talked to Leviton and they had zero info on this device. One other thing I forgot to mention is there is a key above the take cntrl switch/fader. It is a simple on/off key switch.

Here is a picture of the breaker. See how it looks tripped. I think the device is operating. I just am not sure if it can be controlled via dmx.
