This poll is nearly 18 years old. If any of you Altman Satellite or Comet folks still have a retired one kicking around, I'm interested in the color changer module for a local high school. Please let me know. Thanks! BTW, my Satellites are still running well in our relatively quiet venue.

I use 1x4, cut two runners about 3" longer than the instrument, one cross-piece to join the runners together leaving that 3" extending past. As a follow-up posting... I found a dwell of 0.06 seconds was more likely to actually appear. We sometimes had cues that fired where the light never appeared.
