I have ran into this problem less then a few months ago. the threshold level before feedback came was raised by changing the speakers. for some reason with our newer speakers feedback is hit at a much higher level

I recomend becoming good friends with your admin. If you can interact with the people that really run the school they will understand better what you do and wont give you crap when it comes time to put the younger techies in line. at our school just this year somehow we got 8 new tech interns...
