Chauvet told us that the model Q spot we have is probably too old for them to stock any parts. So if our local rental/repair house can't help us our only option is to get a different instrument.
Update - Part way through Act II it started working as it should, however, by the end of Act II it was once again not moving, and after rehearsal when we were looking with it, it also stopped turning the lamp on/off.
Thank you for your reply. New update - halfway during Act II the instrument decided to fully function and is now working as expected. Any thoughts on what could cause the sudden loss and then sudden come back?
