Since you have an expanded budget, I'd forget the x32 and the Mackie and look at a Soundcraft Ui16. Behringer is a cheap Mackie knock-off, despite their recent acquisition of Midas. And Mackie has become a cheap Mackie knock off lately, I'm sad to say. The Soundcraft will last for years longer...
