Controlling laser through DMX in chamsys

Hi, when you select the unit (from the group window) and press locate, you should find control for it on your encoders inside either the position, colour or Beam window (opening these windows will put related position, colour or beam functions on your encoders). If you get stuck, send a copy of...

Are the fixtures connected directly to the 5-pin DMX outputs of the console or running through any Network nodes?

Going insane trying to remove dimmer values from Chamsys soft color palettes.

Or B: view the palette, click the dimmer column...

Going insane trying to remove dimmer values from Chamsys soft color palettes.

What are the make/mode/mode of the fixtures you've used here? When you say 'all of my beams had dimmer values included in the color ranges' - are you talking using the default 10 col palettes we generate or have recorded some of your own? can remove attributes directly from any palette - if you...

    Chamsys feature unlock

What's the graphics card spec of your machine? If its a laptop on windows sometimes you have an option to run using either the inbuilt or high power graphics. If you create a desktop shotcut for MagicQ, then right click on the icon do you see an option for 'run with graphics processor' if so...

    Control/Dimming Chamsys MagicQ fade times

As Bryan mentioned above, for accurate timing (particularly over longer periods) we would suggest using internal timecode on the cue stack as this uses the system clock to time the execution of cues. MagicQ Fade/Delay timing on PC systems is subject to delays of your PC/Mac OS, which when taking...
